AUDITION FAQ's:
What is included in the audition?
The audition contains two portions: an online submission and a Zoom interview. The online portion requires the applicant to submit a scale and 2-minutes of a solo-piece. The Zoom interview spans 7-10 minutes and is attended/ judged by members of Practice Pals board of directors.
How does the audition work?
Applicants submit the online portion through a google form: linked here and below. After reviewing this portion, the applicant will receive an update/ follow-up on their audition status. If the applicant passes, they will be scheduled for a live audition. If the applicant fails, don't be discouraged, just try again!
Do you require repertoire?
Any scale and any Class/Grade-One solo (harder repertoire and scales will earn higher points.)
What does the online portion require?
Applicant contact information, credentials, and audition video. We encourage you to audition; never underestimate your potential.
What is the Zoom interview?
